These Terms of Service govern the purchase of women’s shoes and all related services provided through chunkyheelmhw.com. By accessing chunkyheelmhw.com, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use chunkyheelmhw.com or purchase products from Ka Ho Limited.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order with Ka Ho Limited. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and checkout, and to update that information when it changes. Product Descriptions
Ka Ho Limited sells women’s shoes. We describe each product using measurements, materials, and color names. Slight variation in color, texture, and finish may occur between product images and delivered goods. Such variation does not constitute a defect.
Orders and Pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance by Ka Ho Limited. Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may change at any time before order acceptance. We may cancel an order when a product is unavailable, when pricing contains an error, or when fraud is suspected. Any amount charged for a cancelled order will be refunded.
Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment instrument submitted with your order. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and Ka Ho Limited does not store full payment card numbers.
Shipping
Orders ship to the addresses you provide. Delivery timelines vary by destination and carrier. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery confirmation by the carrier. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Returns and the 14 days No-Reason Refund Policy
You may return eligible women’s shoes within 14 days of receipt without providing any reason. The 14 days period begins on the date the carrier confirms delivery. To exercise this right, contact [email protected] within 14 days of receipt and state your order number.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and accompanied by the original packaging and all attached tags. Shoes that show signs of outdoor wear, alteration, or damage caused after delivery do not qualify for a refund. You bear the cost of return shipping unless the return results from our error.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect a returned item, we approve or decline the refund. Refund processing and arrival of funds in your account takes at least 14 days from the date we receive the returned item. This period applies to all refund methods and reflects verification, inspection, and banking timelines.
PayPal refunds take at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. Where regional law requires a longer processing window, the regional requirement governs, and PayPal refunds in those regions may take up to 30 days.
Damaged or Defective Items
Any claim for a damaged or defective item must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. Claims submitted after 7 days of receipt cannot be accepted. Submit your claim to [email protected] and include your order number, photographs of the damage, and a description of the defect. Verified damaged or defective items are replaced or refunded at the discretion of Ka Ho Limited, and return shipping for verified claims is covered by us.

All content on chunkyheelmhw.com, including product photography, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by Ka Ho Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not use chunkyheelmhw.com to submit false orders, attempt unauthorized access to systems, interfere with site operation, or resell products in violation of applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
